New Orleans, LA — Future Factory is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert A. Ruben, M.D. to its Board of Advisors. The Board makes up the firm’s Investment Committee whose members contribute their financial, technical and marketing expertise in the selection of new portfolio companies and the management of existing investments.
Ruben is a practicing physician and senior partner in Gastroenterology Professional Association. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Since 1986, Ruben has been a clinical instructor in medicine at Harvard University Medical School. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Society and the American Society for Gastroenterological Endoscopy.
Ruben received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his degree in Medicine from the University of Vermont. His internship and residency were completed at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
