Topline Solutions Acquired by Navimedix

Seattle, Wa -– Topline Solutions has been purchased by Navimedix, Inc., a technology company providing automated communication tools and other services to healthcare providers.

In an all cash transaction Navimedix has acquired the stock of Topline Solutions and will incorporate its product line into Navimedix’s current offerings. Topline founders Catherine Roth and Richard Auger, as well as other Topline employees, will continue employment with Navimedix in various roles.

Founded in Seattle, Topline Solutions is a medical software company that has created a patient payment management system providing an efficient and easy-to-implement web-based tool for collecting patient payments at the time of service and eliminating patient billing.

Navimedix is a privately held company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
