Discovery Alliance International Changes Name to Compass Point Research

Nashville, TN -- Discovery Alliance International, Inc. officials announced that, along with moving corporate offices to Nashville and greatly expanding services, the company will be re-named Compass Point Research.

The ten year-old company introduced innovation and wider access to the clinical trials process. Subsidiaries now include a full service clinical trials site management organization for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, a central institutional review board, and an affiliate offering web-based clinical trial software applications.

Future Factory, a private equity development company with offices in New Orleans and Atlanta, has been a major investor since 2003.
